Activate Group Limited in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for an evening shift role (2pm–11:30pm or 2:30pm–12am). The position involves completing bodywork, refitting panels, and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition following manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• ATA or NVQ Level 3 required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Relevant repair technician experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete all bodywork, including stripping and refitting trim and panel interior.
• Refit new and repaired panels and repair minor dents on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Repair panel damage to pre-accident condition per approved repair methods and manufacturer standards.
• Use specialist body repair equipment (measuring equipment, body jigs, welding tools, SMART repair).
• Ensure vehicles meet safety standards before returning to customers and note faults on job cards.
