Harmony Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a non-verbal young girl with complex medical needs at her family home in East Sussex. The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, and clinical tasks within a paediatric complex care setting.

The position offers part-time shifts (4:30 pm – 9:30 pm on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun) in Eastbourne, with weekday and weekend rates (£17.00 and £17.50 per hour, holiday pay included). Training provided, shadow shifts available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in paediatric complex care or similar.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and clinical guidance.

Aufgaben

• Support a young girl with complex medical needs in her family home.
• Assist with daily living, mobility, medication administration and feeding.
• Monitor seizures and manage oral/nasopharyngeal suctioning as required.
• Provide engagement, stimulation and emotional support to the service user.
