Qualifications

• Compassionate, calm presence with children.
• First Aid qualification or willingness to complete one.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to each child, ensuring safety at all times.
• Assist with eating, changing clothes, and pad changes.
• Engage the boys in simple, sensory-based play aligned with their interests.
• Maintain a safe environment with doors and gates locked and constant supervision.
