Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaner in Derby to maintain high standards of cleanliness at commercial premises on Wyvern Business Park. The role offers a consistent Monday-to-Friday evening shift and the potential to transfer to permanent employment after the initial temporary period.

The successful candidate will work independently, be comfortable with lone-working and key-holding, and demonstrate good attention to detail while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with lone working and key-holding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices, workspaces and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning desks, counters and frequently touched surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Following site cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Securing the premises and operating the alarm system where required.
