Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a Part-Time Evening Cleaner for a DWP site in Chesterfield. Location: Markham Road, Chesterfield, S40 1TG. Pay rate: £12.71 per hour. Hours: 15 hours per week. Contract: Temporary Cover. Start: ASAP / TBC.

This role offers consistent Monday-to-Friday evening hours with duties including cleaning offices, washrooms and common areas, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• BPSS clearance is required.
• Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable with lone working.
• Must be comfortable acting as a key holder and using an alarm panel where required.
• Must be able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must commit to the Monday-to-Friday shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the premises.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning offices and communal areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site.
