Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Evening Cleaning Operative to join our London team at Moorgate. This fixed-term maternity cover role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6pm to 11pm, offering a consistent schedule in a corporate setting.

You will maintain high hygiene standards, follow COSHH and safety procedures, and deliver reliable cleaning across offices and meeting rooms. Previous office cleaning experience and good customer service are essential.

• Previous office cleaning experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, meeting rooms and communal areas.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning schedules.
• Empty waste and dispose of it correctly.
• Replenish washroom and cleaning consumables.
• Carry out detailed cleaning as required.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Follow COSHH, health & safety and colour-coding procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and faulty equipment.
• Maintain cleaning cupboards, bin areas and equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and visitors.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
