Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for a corporate site in London. This part-time role is 25 hours weekly, 6:00pm–11:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

You will lead the evening team and manage rotas, training and day-to-day activities to maintain high standards. Requirements: two years’ cleaning experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Health & Safety (COSHH/manual handling).

• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the evening cleaning team; manage rotas, training and daily activities.
• Carry out regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
• Support stock management, waste operations and contractor activity; escalate issues as needed.
• Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and ensure safe working practices.
