Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Farnham to help people gain independence and improve quality of life within a friendly service. You will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting daily living, personal care, and community activities to promote wellbeing.

Typical shifts are 7pm-7am and 9pm-9am, including weekends on a rota. A driving licence is advantageous; DBS checks and thorough training are provided to ensure confidence and safety in all duties.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is preferred and may be required.
• Resilient, flexible and composed in approach.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Responsibilities
