Voyage Care Farnham is seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers to help people gain independence in daily life. You will assist with personal care, teach life skills, encourage community involvement and take part in activities, from evenings out to quiet evenings in.

The role requires resilience, flexibility, and experience with complex needs; training and progression are supported, with sector-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience with individuals needing enhanced support and trauma.
