Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field with 1 year of clinical lab support experience or equivalent.
• Experience with LIS/EMR systems and laboratory workflows.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain specimen integrity.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient demographics and insurance data accurately into LIS/EMR.
• Log test information into LIS and verify requisitions are complete.
• Receive, triage, and distribute specimens for testing.
• Train new staff and act as Tech in Charge when needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in quality assurance checks.
