Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group’s client in Long Clawson near Melton Mowbray is seeking a Hygiene Operative to start immediately. You will perform scheduled cleaning tasks, deep clean production equipment and lines, and handle chemicals. Own transport is essential due to location and shift timing.

The role is physical, requiring lifting and bending; prior cleaning experience is beneficial but training is provided. Hours: Mon-Fri 17:00–01:00, with overtime at £18.99/hour. Weekend rota applies.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean machinery and production areas.
• Use different cleaning chemicals for the process.
• Clean ceilings, walls and floors and assist with washrooms.
• Support in changing airsocks where required.
• Weekend work is on a rota basis.
