Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a Hygiene Operative in Clitheroe for a Sunday-Thursday 30-hour shift, 18:00–00:00, paid £15.43 per hour (£24,075.38 per annum). This hands-on role focuses on keeping the production floor spotless and food-safe, using professional cleaning products and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food hygiene preferred, training provided.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Jet wash equipment and scrub production floor to keep factory clean and food-safe.
• Use top-grade cleaning products and equipment.
• Follow gold-standard hygiene procedures.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to stay spick and span.
• Play a key role in food safety and production excellence.
• Own shift performance: report, brief the team, and check equipment.
