Job summary

Norse Commercial Services Limited at Cromer Hospital is looking for a part-time Cleaner. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5pm-8pm, at Cromer Hospital in Norfolk.

You will perform day-to-day cleaning tasks and ad-hoc duties under the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring standards and safety policies are met while delivering a high level of client service. Experience in public-facing roles and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a public-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health & safety guidelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day cleaning tasks and ad-hoc cleaning duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Ensure standards and policies are followed, maintaining hygiene across the site.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to clients and visitors.
