Job summary

Norse Commercial Services Limited is recruiting a Cleaner for Nelson Infant School in Norwich on a casual basis. The role involves cleaning designated areas, maintaining high standards, and liaising with the on-site client and supervisor.

Approximately 10 hours per week, with shifts around 6:30–8:30. The ideal candidate has cleaning or caretaking experience, understands basic health and safety, communicates well, and can work independently with good organisation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills with on-site clients.
• Capable of working independently.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining designated areas.
• Building relationships with the client on site.
• Liaising with the Cleaning Supervisor where needed.
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times.
• Reporting any issues or defects on site.
• Ensuring all standards are achieved to a high level.
