Job summary

NHS Property Services is seeking two permanent domestic assistants for an evening role at a health centre. The posts focus on keeping the site clean, safe and welcoming for patients and visitors, following infection prevention and COSHH procedures.

You will work Monday to Friday from 6pm to 8pm with key holder duties; a standard DBS check is required before start. This role offers training and development opportunities and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping or domestic services.
• Experience in hospitality, facilities services or care or healthcare environments.
• Customer-facing experience where high standards are important.
• Standard DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a consistently high standard.
• Work to NHS Property Services policies, procedures and cleaning schedules.
• Support infection prevention and control measures.
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Complete routine cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout the site.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service.
• Carry out key holder responsibilities.
