Oakland Care in Wiggin? wait—this is an Oakla nd Care facility seeking a Health Care Assistant for evening support. You will help residents settle for the night, assist with daily personal care, and provide companionship in a warm, respectful environment.

The role is part-time, 14 hours per week, 7pm–11pm, with a 2 on 2 off pattern. Benefits include a uniform, a free meal per shift, and additional leave.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker is advantageous but training is provided.
• Reliable and able to work evening hours.
• Compassionate, caring, and a true team player.
• Can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents during the evening.
• Assist residents getting ready for bed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with supper, drinks and light refreshments.
• Participate in training and up-skilling sessions.
• Collaborate with team and management.
