Dakota Hotels is seeking a reliable Evening Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our Housekeeping Team. You will clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, make beds and detail spaces to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment.

You will work autonomously in guest rooms, manage tasks at pace, and adapt to guest preferences. The role supports our culture of positivity and continuous development within a UK-based lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year working experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Able to work alone in guest bedrooms and stay self-driven.
• Keen eye for detail when cleaning.
• Proactive and able to work at pace.
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Task oriented with pride and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, make beds and detail spaces.
• Carry out vacuuming, dusting, mopping and lifting items like duvets.
• Record guest preferences and requests to personalize stays (e.g., pillows, cot).
• Follow safe chemical handling guidelines and use cleaning equipment properly.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures, including waste handling and manual handling.
