Dakota Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in the UK. You will thoroughly clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms, make beds, and ensure spaces are immaculately presented for guests.

You will handle vacuuming, dusting, mopping and lifting heavy items, while personalizing stays based on guest preferences. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and flexibility with shifts are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of one year cleaning experience preferred.
• Self-driven and able to work at pace in guest bedrooms.
• Keen eye for detail with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Flexible with shift patterns and dedicated to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Deep clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, make beds and detail for an immaculately clean space.
• Vacuum, dust and polish, mop, and lift items such as duvets.
• Act on guest preferences to personalize stays (e.g., firm pillows, cot setup).
• Maintain knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning equipment usage.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
