Dakota Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team in Manchester. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms, make beds, and tailor spaces to guest preferences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work at pace, handle housekeeping duties, and uphold our positive culture and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year working experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Must be self-driven and able to work at pace in guest bedrooms.
• Keen eye for detail when cleaning and personalisation of stays.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and able to promote a positive culture.
• Task oriented with pride in the work and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shift patterns and available to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates genuine interest in the Dakota Hotels brand.

Aufgaben

• Thoroughly clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, make beds and detail to ensure immaculately clean spaces.
• Carry out vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping and lifting items as needed.
• Act on guest preferences and requests to personalise stays (e.g., providing firm pillows, cot setup).
• Maintain knowledge of safe chemical handling and use cleaning equipment like steamers.
• Follow health and safety procedures for waste handling and manual handling.
