Job summary

Bankside Hotel in London is seeking an Evening Floor Supervisor to lead Housekeeping teams and ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards. You will allocate rooms, assign tasks, and confirm staff attendance at each shift to keep service moving smoothly.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment, resolving concerns promptly and training team members. This role offers a dynamic team culture, opportunities to grow within the property, and the chance to be part of a top hotel

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Room Attendants, House Porters, Linen Porters, Public Area Attendants, and the Evening Maid.
• Allocate rooms and assign deep cleaning tasks to team members.
• Confirm staff attendance at the beginning of each shift and arrange cover for any absences.
• Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets and floor keys.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Department.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as required.
• Ensure timely and positive resolution of guest concerns.
• Handle lost property in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Executive Housekeeper or Deputy Housekeeper.
