Job summary

Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EDMS Team Leader to support the daily health records scanning service. You will lead operations, ensure quality, and monitor SLAs and KPIs to drive service excellence.

The role focuses on reporting, data handling in Excel, and supervising a small team in a busy environment. The position is part-time with a late afternoon shift and permanent contract within an NHS setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience of quality assurance, performance monitoring or document management processes.
• Ability to work independently and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for the Supervisor and Service Co-Ordinator (E-Systems) for all EDMS day to day concerns.
• You will produce and maintain reports, utilise Microsoft Excel and document management systems, and support the smooth running of the service.
• You will also provide day-to-day support to the evening team and help cover operational duties when required.
• Ensure that policies, protocols and procedures for the work of the department are followed.
