Job summary

Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for P/T (1:30pm-6:30pm) in Crouch End, London. Starting salary from £31,158.40 FTE pro-rata, dependent on qualification and experience.

You will plan engaging activities, maintain a safe environment, and support children's progress within the EYFS framework, building strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for key children
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a love of learning
• Support development toward key milestones and partnerships with parents/carers
