Job summary

Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Crouch End site. The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities for a diverse group of children within a warm, supportive setting.

You will hold a Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification and work the morning shift from 7:15am to 10:00am, Monday to Friday. We value safeguarding, EYFS knowledge, and collaborative partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to foster development toward milestones.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Education
