Job summary

Trowers & Hamlins is seeking an experienced Evening Document Production Specialist to join the Document Production Centre in Exeter. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with a 4pm–8pm shift, Monday to Friday, supporting fee earners with high-quality document production in a fast-paced legal environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven document production experience, typing speed of 60+ wpm, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and meticulous proofreading and formatting of complex legal

Qualifications

• Previous document production experience.
• Typing speed of 60+ wpm.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Experience formatting complex legal documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce, amend and format complex legal documents, correspondence and reports.
• Proofread and quality-check work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create and amend electronic bundles and bibles.
• Manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Work closely with fee earners to deliver a professional and efficient service.
• Support the continuous improvement of the Document Production Centre.
