Job summary

Trowers & Hamlins is seeking an experienced Evening Document Production Specialist to join the Document Production Centre in London. Working 30 hours per week, you will produce, format and proofread complex legal documents and bundles, supporting fee earners with accuracy and efficiency.

You'll need a fast 60+ wpm typing speed, advanced MS Office skills and a calm, deadline-driven approach to deliver high-quality client service in a busy legal environment.

Qualifications

• Previous document production experience.
• Typing speed of 60+ wpm.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Experience formatting complex legal documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce, amend and format complex legal documents, correspondence and reports.
• Proofread and quality-check work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create and amend electronic bundles and bibles.
• Manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Work closely with fee earners to deliver a professional and efficient service.
• Support the continuous improvement of the Document Production Centre.
