Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for the Belfast Grant Thorton site. This role offers Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, 15:00–20:00 shifts, with strong emphasis on customer service and attention to detail.

You will deliver high cleaning standards across offices and amenity areas, stock replenishment, and adherence to safety procedures. We value teamwork, reliability and a pro‑active attitude.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening for safety and work instructions.
• Previous cleaning or customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard cleaning services in offices and amenity areas.
• Replenish stocks in your area of responsibility.
• Ensure equipment and machines are checked and maintained.
• Maintain a clean, tidy environment at end of shift.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety policy.
