Concept Resources is seeking an evening cleaner for a temporary holiday cover position at a banking premises in Cardiff. The role involves lone working and key-holder responsibilities, with hours from 5:30pm to 6:45pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 6.25 hours per week.

Applicants must be dependable, security-conscious, and comfortable working independently, with prior commercial cleaning experience preferred and the ability to use a time/attendance clocking system.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with 2 years’ employment history.
• Compliance with GOV.UK Get Proof of Employment History service.
• Valid Right to Work documentation required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of premises.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Clean offices and communal areas.
• Clean and sanitise washrooms.
• Empty bins and replace liners.
• Wipe and sanitise high-touch areas.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Follow site security and health & safety procedures.
