Job summary

Concept Resources in Llandudno is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative for a part-time evening role in a secure banking environment. Work is 4:30pm–5:30pm, Monday to Saturday, 6 hours per week, with a temporary contract and potential for permanent opportunities.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, desks, washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, plus maintaining high security and cleanliness standards. Full training provided. DBS and screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as a lone worker.
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to use a telephone-based time and attendance system.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided prior to induction.
• DBS check will be completed if successful.
• Adverse financial screening will be completed if successful.
• Employment history verification via GOV.UK records may be requested.
• Must satisfy security and compliance requirements for banking environments.

Responsibilities

• General office cleaning.
• Cleaning desks, workstations and touch points.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Cleaning washrooms and toilet facilities.
• Cleaning kitchens and communal areas.
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables.
• Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Adhering to all health, safety and security procedures.
