Job summary

Concept Resources is currently recruiting a reliable Cleaning Operative to join a banking site in Llandudno, Conwy. This is a part-time role with total 6 hours per week and a PAYE rate of £14.26 per hour, offering weekly pay and an immediate start.

You will clean offices and customer areas, vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces, restock consumables, and keep the site secure after hours. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required, with a willingness to work alone and as a key holder.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial cleaning experience
• Basic DBS check
• Adverse financial check
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Comfortable working alone
• Able to work as a key holder
• Confident using an alarm panel
• Willing to use a telephone time and attendance system
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of office and customer areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting and sanitising surfaces
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
• Locking and securing the premises where required
• Following all health and safety procedures
