Compass Group UK is recruiting a Chef for Universities on a full-time contract, 40 hours per week, with a 41.4 week year. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality food for clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities to improve food services
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to improve services
• Assisting with creation of new menus and concepts
• Representing Universities and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories and kitchen stock
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene regulations
