Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a caring Care Assistant for our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. You’ll join a supportive team, with flexible full- and part-time hours and opportunities for career development.

Location is Signature at Reigate Grange, RH2 9DB. The role involves safeguarding dignity, assisting with daily activities, and engaging residents in meaningful tasks and social events. Interviews may be possible on site with CV in hand.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Some IT skills helpful for digital care plans.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Support residents to feel at home and engage in activities.
• Develop and follow Care Plans, respecting residents’ choices and dignity.
