Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Banstead is hiring a Care Assistant to join a caring, supportive team in a luxury care and nursing home. You’ll help residents with washing, dressing, meals and mobility, and support dementia care with compassion and patience.

Good written and verbal communication and some IT skills are beneficial; no experience is required, as full training and development are provided. Flexible full and part-time hours are available, with a focus on weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and patient-focused.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Some IT skills and basic computer literacy.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, meals and mobility.
• Support dementia care and activities to promote independence.
