Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Assistant at Reigate Grange, offering flexible full- and part-time hours in a luxury care and nursing home. You’ll support residents with day-to-day tasks, help maintain dignity and independence, and participate in care planning and activities alongside a compassionate team.

No sponsorship is available; right to work in the UK is required. Previous NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication.
• Some IT skills are desirable.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a big advantage.

You’ll be part of a caring, supportive team with exciting career development opportunities, and flexible full and part-time hours, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Care Assistant at our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate.What you will do Signature at Reigate Grange are holding weekly drop in sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm - 4pm. You can pop in at any time and meet our friendly team, there will be opportunities to have a look around our beautiful home and speak to our teams about opportunities we have available. If you bring your updated CV you may be able to have an interview on the day! Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship so can only offer interviews to candidates who have the right to work in the UK. We'll need you to bring your compassion and uniqueness to this role. Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, interesting and rewarding, from general care right through to specialist dementia care. You'll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and getting around. You'll help them make their apartments feel like home. You'll enjoy their favourite activities with them, like bingo, shopping and live music. You'll develop strong relationships with the individuals you work with, and their families. You'll be respectful of residents' choices, dignity and independence, always. • Up to £14.75 per hour
• Day Shift times: 07.00 - 19.30
• Night Shift times: 19.15 - 07.15
• Full time Day/Night shifts available (3 shifts per week) - alternate weekends required
