Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for a part-time late shift (2:30pm-10:00pm) at our care home in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities, while promoting dignity and individuality.

You will work under a Registered Nurse and engage in safeguarding training, ensuring residents are safe and well-supported. We encourage development and provide opportunities to grow within HC-One across regions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates genuine care for older adults.
• Able to communicate with residents with empathy.
• Willing to complete safeguarding training and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under supervision.
• Assist with personal care, meals and daily activities with dignity.
• Observe changes in residents and report concerns promptly.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
