Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring Care Professionals to help older people remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes. Your role includes companionship, personal care, meal prep, medication support, shopping, and enabling community access.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful. All roles come with a free DBS check, a paid induction programme and ongoing training, plus career progression opportunities and a rewards scheme.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to help clients stay engaged and supported.
• Assist with personal care and daily tasks with respect and dignity.
• Support meal preparation and nutrition for clients.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic administration support.
• Run shopping and errands and help clients access the community.
• Support clients to maintain independence and participate in activities.
