Job summary

A leading care service provider in Chester seeks caring individuals to become Care Professionals. In this role, you will assist clients with companionship, shopping, meal preparation, and light household duties, helping them maintain their independence at home. No experience or special qualifications are necessary; however, a passion for supporting others and delivering high-quality service is essential. Full training is provided, and the role offers flexibility to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and help clients stay independent.

The role

You will be providing a variety of non-medical services to help our clientsstay independent in their own home, including:

• Companionship
• Support with shopping and errands
• Meal preparation
• Light household duties
• Assistance with dressing
• Administering medication
• Assistance with personal care.

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people.

This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.

You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
