What is the role?

Being a Care Professional involves supporting with several tasks:

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities such a personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families and healthcare professionals.

• You must live within our Franchise Territory (E4, N1, N4, N5, N7, N8, N15, N16, N17, N18 &N22)We will transfer you to a branch closer to you if you do not live withinthese postcodes.

Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Providing companionship and organizing outings
• Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Running errands and supporting with medications
• Helping with mobility and household chores
