Zusammenfassung

Home Instead Reading is seeking compassionate CAREGivers for part-time and full-time evening and weekend shifts. Full training is provided, with guaranteed minimum weekly hours and optional overtime.

You'll support clients at home with daily living tasks, personal care, cooking and companionship, and you may travel between clients' homes using your own vehicle. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifikationen

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Must be able to travel between client homes with own vehicle and full driving licence.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and flexible shifts.
• Willingness to work with vulnerable adults and provide personal care assistance.

Home Instead Reading are currently recruiting compassionate and committed individuals to join our team in Reading and surrounding areas to work evening shifts5pm-10pmand alternative weekends 5pm-10pm

About the role:

As a Community CAREGiver, you will be supporting our clients to live more independently in their own homes. You will be assisting them with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, domestic duties, and cooking in minimum hours visit.

Experience is not necessary, as we will provide you with full training, however we do require you to:

Have a genuine desire to help others, be well-organised, adaptable, and practical, be punctual and flexible, have the confidence to work alone and as part of a team, self-motivated and be able to use own initiative,

Able to work under pressure, sometimes in stressful and challenging situations

Be able to travel between client’s homes (Full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential)
