Job summary

Penny Brohn UK is seeking an Evaluation Officer to join our Services team. This role will turn data into insights to improve cancer support services, analyzing feedback and evaluation data, and producing reports for funders and partners.

You’ll help ensure evidence drives service improvement across the organisation. With 15 hours per week in a hybrid setup, you’ll collaborate with a small team and report to the Impact & Evaluation Lead.

Qualifications

• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative client feedback data.
• Support continuous quality improvement through evaluation and insight.
• Produce reports for funders and partners including GenesisCare.
• Support fundraising bids through impact reporting and evidence gathering.
• Contribute to service development and organisational learning.
