Job summary
Stoneacre Motor Group are recruiting a MOT Motor Vehicle Technician to join our busy, industry-leading workshop in Hull. You will conduct MOT testing, service and repair work across a diverse range of vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards and road readiness.
You will have Level 2 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and a valid MOT Tester Licence, with opportunities to train within the Manufacturer Franchise and progress toward Senior and Master Technician status, including EV technology
Qualifications
- Qualified to Level 2 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- MOT Tester Licence held or able to obtain.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out MOT testing, servicing, repairs and vehicle maintenance.
- Prepare vehicles to pass MOT and roadworthiness.
- Diagnose faults and repair to high standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and paperwork.
- Recommend future servicing requirements.
