Job summary

Octopus Electric Vehicles in Weybridge is expanding its Electric Vehicles Sales Team. We’re looking for an Electric Vehicles Sales Specialist, who will be responsible for managing sales directly with our customers focusing on our salary sacrifice product.

You will be the face and the voice of the Octopus Electric Vehicles, advising and supporting customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an EV. You will discuss their requirements and find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle,

Qualifications

• Sales experience in customer-facing roles or similar
• Experience with technology-driven sales processes (CRM, digital sales)
• Proven track record in target-driven roles with strong customer focus

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers interested in leasing an electric vehicle and qualify the right one
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead to delivery and hit targets
• Manage customer orders in progress and supervise order processing
• Plan and target acquisition of new customers
• Record customer satisfaction to ensure best experience
• Provide excellent customer service during and after sales
• Build pipeline and relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
