Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contractual and commercial aspects on multiple infra projects, including EV charging and secure public-sector sites.

You will manage contract variation, risk, reporting, and compliance, providing support to project teams while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships and ensuring health and safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Manager or similar experience.
• Experience in M&E, electrical infrastructure, EV charging or civil engineering.
• Knowledge of NEC and other standard forms of contract.
• Full UK driving licence; ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing contractual risks, variations and claims.
• Competent with contract management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual aspects of projects from award through to completion.
• Review, negotiate and administer contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure client, contractual and compliance requirements are met.
• Provide contractual support to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Manage client, supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor variations, change control, claims, risks and contract performance.
• Maintain accurate contractual records and reporting.
• Report contractual risks, opportunities and financial performance to senior management.
• Support tenders, bids and framework opportunities.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance requirements are incorporated into projects.
• Manage confidential and commercially sensitive information.
• Support continuous improvement across contract management and project delivery.
