Job summary

Lookers BMW Crewe are recruiting a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our workshop. You will work alongside experienced technicians and perform health checks, services and repairs using the latest technology.

You will report to Chris Rhodes and have access to ongoing training including manufacturer schemes and EV training. The role offers a clear career path with progression and the chance to work on hybrid and electric training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience in the motor industry preferred, brand or non-brand.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
• Perform vehicle services in line with manufacturers' guidelines and customer requests.
• Carry out additional repairs as authorised by the customer.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines and ensure proper write up.
• Road test vehicles to verify faults are fixed.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.

Skills

Motor industry experience

Full UK driving licence
