Marshall Volkswagen Newbury is seeking a Service Technician to join our busy workshop. The role offers a basic salary of £38,153 with uncapped OTE of £47,500+ and a clear career path through the Master Technician progression.

We provide manufacturer training, opportunities to work with electric and hybrid vehicles, and a supportive team environment in a modern workshop. This is a full-time position, 45 hours weekly, in Newbury, powered by Marshall Motor Group.

• Become Volkswagen accredited and gain access to specialist training in diagnostics, electric vehicles and hybrid technology.
• Work with one of the world’s most recognised automotive brands and contribute to a high-performing workshop.
