Job summary

SWARCO Smart Charging in Dundee is hiring a Customer Support Advisor on a fixed-term 6‑month contract. You will be the first point of contact for EV drivers and ChargePlace Scotland users, delivering excellent customer service and basic technical support from our Dundee operations centre.

The role involves shift work across a 24/7 rota, handling registrations, fault logging, and coordinating with internal teams to keep the network running smoothly. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (phone or in person).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using computers, telephones, and digital tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and basic technical assistance to EV drivers and charge point owners.
• Be the first point of contact for ChargePlace Scotland enquiries.
• Log faults and registrations via internal systems; logging issues and maintaining records.
