Job summary

SWARCO in Dundee is seeking a Network Administrator to support the EV charging operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will handle back-office administration, data accuracy, and stakeholder communications to keep the charging network running smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating commissioning, maintaining customer and asset records, and producing reports for invoicing and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operational support, or customer service.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with databases, back-office systems, or operational platforms.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data accuracy.
• Experience producing reports and analysing operational information.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Experience in EV charging, energy, utilities, infrastructure, telecommunications, or transport sectors.
• Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, asset management, or ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of SLAs and contractual reporting.
• Awareness of UK GDPR and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain EV charging network back-office systems.
• Coordinate the commissioning and activation of new EV charging infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate customer, site owner, and asset records across multiple systems.
• Support invoicing, billing, and financial administration processes.
• Produce operational, performance, and SLA reports to support contractual requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, site owners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support the wider Operations Team with administrative activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all records, documentation, and reports are maintained accurately and compliantly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, site owners, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
