Easee is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for the UK to bridge Sales, Product, and Customer Excellence. You will translate customer needs into scalable charging solutions and support the full sales cycle with deep technical expertise.

You will train wholesalers and installers, design end-to-end charging solutions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture the UK market voice. Travel 1–2 days per week is expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in EV charging, energy, or a related technical-commercial role.
• Track record in technical pre-sales, solution design, and customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem: hardware, installation, grid constraints, software platforms, and integrations.
• Experience with protocols such as OCPP, OCPI, APIs, and AMQP.
• Understanding of UK regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value and manage stakeholders across commercial and technical audiences.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and execution drive.
• Comfort delivering training, demos, and technical presentations to groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent in Engineering/Electronics/Electrical Installation (hands-on experience can compensate).
• Willingness to travel ~1–2 days per week, full UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Be the technical backbone of the UK sales team, translating customer needs into scalable hardware, software, and integration solutions.
• Support the full sales cycle with deep technical expertise and enablement.
• Train wholesalers and installers on Easee products and share technical knowledge across the sales network.
• Design end-to-end charging solutions considering site requirements, power capacity, and backend integrations (OCPP, OCPI, APIs).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reflect UK market voice in the product roadmap.
