Job summary

Easee in London, UK, is seeking an Integration Engineer to support technical integrations and onboarding for our partner ecosystem. You will bridge Technical Sales, Customer Excellence, Product, and Development to ensure smooth integrations and ongoing operations.

The role emphasizes curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn, with growing responsibility as integrations become more complex.

Qualifications

• Technical, engineering, software, or computer science education with practical experience.
• Experience in a technical/engineering environment with APIs or integrations is a plus.
• Understanding of REST/HTTP/JSON; familiarity with API testing tools like Postman; OCPP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in EV charging or energy is a plus.
• Analytical, curious approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to Technical Sales Engineers on integration questions.
• Serve as escalation route for Customer Excellence on complex integration issues.
• Develop working knowledge of Easee's APIs, OCPP, and partner integration processes.
• Help define self-service partner onboarding flows.
• Improve developer documentation for integrations.
• Build strong working relationships with key integration partners.
• Become the primary contact for some key partners.
