Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee a major EV charging infrastructure project on a commercial site in the UK. You will manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate electrical teams to meet strict deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid electrical background, and adherence to BS 7671 and UK safety regulations. You will liaise with clients and subcontractors to drive project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Site Manager on commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Valid SMSTS certification is essential.
• Strong electrical background with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BS 7671 and UK safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of EV charging systems, cabling, and distribution equipment.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Monitor progress and report to senior project stakeholders.
