Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Site Manager for an EV Charger installation project in South East London. You will be responsible for coordinating electrical and civil works, managing site activity, and delivering works safely, on programme, and to quality standards.

The role requires a strong electrical bias, SMSTS, a valid 3-Day First Aid, and a full UK driving licence, with oversight of RAMS, subcontractors and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on EV Charger installation projects.
• SMSTS certificate.
• 3-Day First Aid certificate.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities associated with EV charger installation.
• Coordinate electrical and civil engineering works.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, DNOs, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
• Oversee RAMS implementation and maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Manage site labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
